Be a store specializing in designing and producing children's stories, where each story is customized with the child's name, picture, and some data provided by the customer during the order.

2. Accepting applications

All orders are subject to review and confirmation.

Kun Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event that:

  • There is incomplete data.
  • The request could not be fulfilled.
  • There is a problem with the payment process.
  • The data or images uploaded violate the site's policies.

3. Product customization

All Kun products are specially prepared for each customer based on the information entered during the order.

Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:

  • The child's name.
  • The child's age.
  • The selected language.
  • The uploaded image.
  • Any other data entered during the application.

4. Image quality

For best results, a clear, high-quality photo should be uploaded in which the child's face is clearly visible.

We may ask the customer to upload an alternative image if the image is unsuitable for printing or does not meet the required quality standards.

5. Modify the request

Data modification can only be requested after the request has been submitted if the product implementation has not yet begun.

Once the production or printing process has begun, it may not be possible to make any modifications.

6. Cancellation and Refund

Because all Kun products are custom-made for each customer, they are not off-the-shelf products.

Therefore, an order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or replaced after the product has started being processed, except in the following cases:

  • An error occurred due to the word "kun".
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product arrived different from the data confirmed in the order.

7. Prices

All prices displayed on the website include the product value only unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees may be added at the time of purchase depending on the delivery address.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We work to process the order within the timeframe specified during the purchase process.

Shipping time may vary depending on the shipping company and delivery location. Kun Store is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Designs.
  • Stories.
  • Drawings.
  • Slogans.
  • Texts.
  • the pictures.
