How do I order a story?

Choose your favorite story, enter your child's name and age, upload their photo, select your preferred language, and place your order. We'll then begin creating your personalized storybook

How do I choose the best photo?

Upload a clear, high-quality photo where your child's face is fully visible, with good lighting and no filters or blur

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Production time depends on our current order volume. You'll see the estimated delivery time before checkout, and we'll keep you updated until your storybook arrives

Can I edit my order after placing it?

If production hasn't started yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your order details

Do you keep my child's photos?

Your child's privacy is very important to us. We use the uploaded photo only to create your personalized storybook and handle it securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy

What if the uploaded photo isn't suitable?

If the photo isn't clear enough or isn't suitable for printing, we'll contact you and ask for another one to ensure the best possible result
